1. What is your return policy?
Our commitment to you does not end at delivery. Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. We do our best to make our customers happy. We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations. If you're not satisfied with the product received, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including all product documentation, and shipped back to us within 30 days.
2. Do you take everything back?
We try our best to make sure the product you receive is as good or better than you expected it to be. In case they aren’t, we won’t have any qualms in taking them back. However, you need to keep certain things in mind -
- Custom orders, personalised orders and engraved jewelry items are not eligible for return and are non-refundable.
- Finished products are to be returned with the original packing intact. No tampering of any sort shall be considered.
- Rosary chains or chains of any kind below 10 feet are not eligible for a return.
- Your order receipt is supposed to be included with the return package.
3. Is there a time limit? What if the item is worn?
We do our best to take care of our customers and deal with them fairly; we expect that our customers treat us fairly as well. If you're not satisfied with the product received, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. Please note that to be eligible for a return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including all product documentation, and shipped back to us within 30 days.
4. Are there cancellation fees?
We charge a nominal cancellation fee as payment processing fee 2.9% + $0.30 if your order is not shipped. However, if the order is shipped, a mere 10% of your order and the usual shipping charges will be charged.
